This free 30-minute HypnoBirthing® info session is designed to walk you through what HypnoBirthing actually is, who it’s best suited for, and how it supports calm, confident, informed birth preparation.

  • What HypnoBirthing is (and what it isn’t).

About Your Host

Layla Dabir

Layla Dabir is a holistic nutritionist and certified prenatal and HypnoBirthing educator with over 20 years of experience in multidisciplinary, integrative health. Her work is rooted in both professional expertise and lived experience.

Layla was introduced to HypnoBirthing® during her first pregnancy, where its tools, combined with collaborative care, supported her through an unmedicated and empowering birth. That experience shaped her approach to pregnancy and birth support and inspired her to become an educator during her second pregnancy.

After navigating postpartum burnout upon returning to corporate work, Layla deepened her focus on nervous system regulation, resourcing, and whole-person care. Through her work with Mumello, she supports families from conception through postpartum by helping them access credible education, integrative care, and support that meets them where they are.

Mumello is Nurturing your journey from conception to motherhood.

At Mumello, we believe that starts before baby has arrived.

A healthy and happy mom yields the best results for your baby's well-being.

This session is free and open to expectant parents at any stage of pregnancy.

This is not about achieving a specific type of birth — it’s about how you feel going into it, and how supported and prepared you feel along the way.
